Loving Update for 4/28/94

Angie's-  Angie agonizes over the test results.  Charles tries to
comfort her.  She says she's worried the results are positive.  Frankie
comes in.

Clay's office-  Clay comes in and Gwyn is there.  They talk.  He tells
her the board wants to fire him.

Alden's-  Tess wishes Cooper a happy 21st birthday.  He says she's the
only one who remembered.  Deborah comes down the stairs with a cake,
singing happy birthday.  Stephanie is following her.


Alden's-  Cooper says thanks.  He asks if she's busy packing.  Deborah
says she'll just be there till she gets the loan.  Tess starts to
leave.  Deborah says she needs to talk to her about Stephanie's
modeling career and she follows.  Cooper says he's sorry and he has to
apologize to her mom.

Clay's office-  Gwyn says they won't kick Clay out.  He says they
will.  He says they want him out because he lost Gwyn.

Angie's-  Frankie asks what's up with the test.  Angie says she should
tell him.  He thinks they're getting married and says it's too soon.
She tells him about how she got pricked with a needle and they're
waiting to see if the guy who the needle was used on is HIV positive.
He's upset because she didn't say anything.  She says Charles was with
him all the time.  He's madder now that he wasn't involved.  Some guy
shows up with the test results.


Angie's-  The guy says the test results were negative, but it won't be
100% sure till they test Josh again in 6 months.  They're happy.

Clay's office-  Clay says the board holds him responsible for Gwyn's
leaving.  She says he's an arrogant pig.  He says she's a nice person.
She says he should have said that a year ago.

Alden's-  Deborah says she wants to thank Tess for helping Stephanie.
She says Tess and Cooper are close, and that's bad because of the age
difference.  Tess says it's none of her business.  Deborah says there's
chemistry between Cooper and Stephanie and she doesn't want Tess to get
hurt.

Alden's-  Cooper says he should be nicer to Deborah.  He says he's been
mean about Stephanie and Clay getting married.  She says they weren't
planning on getting married yet.  He says they'd be good together if
only Clay didn't still have a thing for Gwyn.  He says Clay makes a
good father figure.  Stephanie gets mad and tries to punch him, but he
grabs her arm.


Angie's-  Angie says she feels relieved and now she can get some
sleep.  He says not to count on it.  Charles notices that Frankie looks
mad.  He offers to take them out to lunch.  Frankie says he has a big
test and they should go have fun.  Charles offers to drive him to
school, but he says that's ok.  Charles and Angie leave.  Frankie turns
on the music really loud and shoves a book across the room.

Alden's-  Cooper won't let Stephanie's arm go.  Stephanie comments
about how Tess and his relationship is worse than hers with Clay.  Tess
starts to leave and Cooper stops her.  Tess tells Cooper Deborah wants
him and Stephanie together.  She says she's not the jealous type.  They
leave.

Alden's-  Stephanie calls Clay but his secretary says he's talking to
Gwyn and they can't be disturbed.

Clay's office-  Gwyn says she's happy working with creative people.  He
makes a comment about Jeremy and she admits its nice working with him.
Gwyn says she'll convince Barnes she can't come back.  Clay tries to
talk her into coming back to save the company.  She says she's moved
on.

Alden's-  Deborah talks to the picture of Cabot.  She says she's
looking for something to use as leverage.  She pokes around the room
and finds a safe.
